Workshop Leader – Land

We are recruiting a Workshop Leader at Camphill Devon to support groups of adults with learning disabilities and autism in land-based activities throughout the year. You will be part of the Day Services team providing meaningful work for adults with learning disabilities. Candidates will be positive and enthusiastic about supporting people in a person-centred and positive way. You will have knowledge and experience of land-based working, and an interest in horticulture and animal care. Experience of working with adults with learning disabilities is preferred but not essential. Full driving licence essential.
