Grounds & Maintenance Officer

The person appointed will be competent and responsible for all areas of grounds maintenance. Camphill Devon has traditional and natural methods of water supply and sewerage management. These involve spring water source and related systems and treatments, and pond and reed bed sewerage management processes. This is a key areas of responsibility for monitoring and management, along with providing a cost effective, safe and professional maintenance service to the Charity’s land and grounds. The person appointed should be capable of working on their own initiative and diagnosing and repairing faults. They must be respectful and considerate to the people with learning disabilities to whom the Charity provides support.
